Complete your rental application online or in person. Each adult 18+ must submit a separate application with the processing fee.

We'll review your application, verify your information, and notify you of the decision within 1-3 business days.

Move In

Sign your lease, pay your first month's rent and security deposit, pick up your keys, and welcome home!

Answers to common questions from renters.

Unfortunately, no. We process one complete application at a time on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're interested in a property, we recommend applying promptly.

Typically, you'll pay first month's rent and a security deposit for unfurnished properties. If pets are allowed and you have pets, an additional pet deposit will apply. Please check the specific listing for exact requirements.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, legally emancipated, or married to someone who is 18 or older. Each adult applicant must fill out a separate application and pay the application processing fee.

Yes. You'll receive a move-out checklist with instructions on how to prepare your unit for inspection. Follow these guidelines to ensure your full deposit is returned. We're not in the business of keeping your deposit.

Unfortunately, no. The security deposit must be paid in full before move-in.

You can pay rent through our online tenant portal, mail a check, or bring a check, money order, or cashier's check to our office.

Pet policies vary by property and owner. Check the specific listing for pet policies. If pets are allowed, there's typically an additional pet deposit required.

Please provide a 30-day written notice to vacate. You can submit this through your tenant portal, email, or in writing to our office.
