Common Pricing Questions

When do I start paying management fees?

Management fees only begin once we've placed a tenant and they've moved in. You don't pay anything while your property is vacant.

Are there any setup fees?

No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no surprise charges. Our pricing is exactly as advertised.

What if I need to cancel?

We don't believe in locking you in. Our management agreements include reasonable termination terms, and we'll work with you if circumstances change.

How do maintenance costs work?

Maintenance costs are passed through at cost. We don't mark up vendor invoices. You only pay what the work actually costs.

What about evictions?

If an eviction becomes necessary, we coordinate the entire process. Legal fees and court costs are separate, but our coordination is included in your management fee.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Our standard agreement is month-to-month after an initial period. We believe we should earn your business every month, not lock you into a long contract.
